7. Do you offer 15 days money back guarantee?
We offer a 15 day money back guarantee for cause on all hosting plans. Cause is any demonstrated failure on our part to deliver services purchased. Simply put, we do not want a 15 day money back offer to turn into a scammers delight as "first 15 days free". We used to offer the first 15 days free and became the target of a great deal of scammers and spammers...So. If you can provide us with a reason that we failed to provide the services you purchased from us we will be more than happy to give you a refund.

8. What type of domain are included as free in your hosting package?
Only Top Level Domains (TLD) such as .com, .net, .org can be bundled as free together with the hosting package.
Any other domains will be charge according to the registration price of the domain.

9. What will happen if I exceeded my bandwidth data transfer, will you charge an extra fees?
Don't you worry we will not pay you an additional fees if you exceeds the allowable monthly bandwidth.

10. I already have an existing domain, I want to host with you, What will I do?
Simply point the name servers of your domain to our name servers.our name servers are ns1.kikoyhost.com and ns2.kikoyhost.com.

11. I did not pay the remaining balance from the due date that was given to me, will my site be terminated?
Nope. We don't terminate your site right away, we will suspend it first and then we will give you a 5 working days after the due date. Activation for suspended account has a fee of P300 plus your remaining balance.
